For 23 years I have run other people's systems in energy, banking and logistics. Most of that work is the unglamorous kind: backups, restores, disaster recovery plans and the quiet maintenance that only matters on the day something breaks. I like it that way. When a server fails at night, the work done months earlier decides how the morning goes.

Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID sit at the centre, with virtualisation, Azure, monitoring, automation and Linux around them. Compliance work covers ISO 27001, NIS2 and PCI DSS in practice: implementing controls and preparing evidence. Security testing is only done with written scope and permission.

You work with me directly. When a job needs more hands or a specialist skill, I bring in trusted specialists I have worked with before, and I tell you up front who they are and what they will do.

Small businesses depend on their IT as much as large ones do, but rarely get the same care. My aim is to give them the careful, documented work big companies pay for, at a price that fits a small business.

Work is mostly remote across Europe, with paid on-site visits when needed.
