How we work
The same four steps for small fixes and larger projects.

Call
A 30-minute call to understand your environment, the problem and the deadline. You get an honest answer on whether I am the right fit.
- 02
Assessment
A read-only review of the relevant systems. You approve the access, and nothing is changed at this stage.
- 03
Plan
A written plan: what will be done, in which order, the risks, and either a fixed price or an estimate of hours.
- 04
Delivery and handover
Changes are made in agreed windows, tested and documented. Access is removed at the end and your team gets the handover notes.
Remote access principles
- Access is approved by you, through tools you control
- Least privilege: only the rights the task needs
- Every session is logged and summarised in writing
- Access is removed when the work is done
On-site visits
Most work is done remotely. When something needs hands on hardware, on-site visits are booked and paid separately, including travel.
